Service Description

Workshop to gain a better understanding of your child's sleep, discovering solutions to those tricky sleep problems such as frequent waking, bed time battles, nap disasters, and early wake ups in a way that supports your child's developmental stage and personality. Small supportive group where I will support you to write your own sleep plan.
